I know that the HRT trains with military special ops teams like Delta Force, but do they go over seas with them also and do joint operations even though they are primarily a domestic counter-terrorism squad? And can you even put them in the same class as some of the spec ops teams? From what I have read, I think you could but then again, articles from random websites can’t be very reliable.

I am an 18 year old male who wishes to be a female

I would like to start hormone replacement therapy as soon as possible.
I have anxiety about telling my doctor this because I’m not sure what his reaction may be; as everyone has their own qualms about Gender reassignment.

I really want to start HRT but my own anxiety is keeping me from doing so.

I am looking for a therapist to provide a referral letter for HRT (hormone replacement therapy) and it seems that the online therapists are less expensive than seeing one in person. My question is will a endocrinologist or PCP accept a referral letter from them? I am starting HRT to transition from male to female. I am transgendered. If anyone has any advice or their own experience to offer I would really appreciate it….Thanks!

So would it be more effective to start hrt at 24,25 or pretty much the same to start at 28…30+years old….etc?

My family have a history of heart attacks and strokes. I have had a full Hysterectomy and my doctor has put me on HRT.
I dont want to further my risk of a heart attack or a stroke and wonder if anyone knows of a natural remedy i can take instead of HRT?

The facility I have been driving to for over 10 years is in Augusta, Georgia. He is kind, but very expensive and the drive is about 4 hours and my car is feeling the ill effects of overuse.
